1. Pre-Contract Advisory & Specifications Review

Naval Architecture Liaison: We work with your chosen designers to ensure the hull form and GA (General Arrangement) meet your operational needs.
Technical Specification Audit: We scrutinize every line of the shipyard's specification ensuring the build meets superyacht excellence.
Contract Negotiations: We advise on the technical milestones and performance clauses to ensure the shipyard is held accountable for delivery dates.

2. On-Site Construction Oversight

Milestone Inspections: We conduct physical inspections at every critical stage: hull fairing, machinery installation, and interior fit-out.
Quality Control: We ensure the shipyard adheres to the agreed-upon standards, preventing "cutting corners" that could lead to maintenance headaches later.
Change Order Management: In any build, changes happen. We evaluate every change order for necessity and fair pricing, preventing "scope creep" from inflating your budget.

3. Sea Trials & Commissioning

Rigorous Sea Trials: We lead the trials to ensure the vessel hits it contracted speed, fuel efficiency, and noise/vibration decibel levels.
Punch List Resolution: We ensure every minor defect is corrected by the yard before you take final delivery.
Crew Transition: We bring your captain and crew into the build early, ensuring they are fully trained on the vessel's specific systems before the maiden voyage.
