GENERAL
“Tisiphone” is the second to last Swan 48 built of this very popular series and reflects the culmination of thinking that went into this highly successful yacht. Launched in the summer of 2003, “Tisiphone” appears new, in fact she has only 90 engine hours. In mint condition, this gorgeous yacht is thoughtfully outfitted by a knowledgeable Swan owner. She has a full complement of oversized electric winches, a bow thruster, extra thick teak decks, and an extraordinary election of sailing hardware.
ACCOMMODATIONS
“Tisiphone” has the standard two cabin layout. Her custom leather upholstery is of the highest quality available and wonderfully compliments the rich teak cabinetry. The interior, like the exterior, is flawless and in new condition.
“Tisiphone” features the standard Swan 48 main saloon with a dining table to port surrounded by a wrap-around settee and two movable chairs. To starboard is an additional settee with a flat screen TV above. The honey colored teak is beautifully offset by the gleaming teak and holly floorboards.

Access to the aft cockpit is accomplished by a custom designed removable stainless ladder. The centerline bed is a leather covered spring mattress. A hidden wine locker is built into the hanging locker. The attached aft head has been fitted with a Baby Blake, reminiscent of the classic Swans.

FORWARD STATEROOM
The forward stateroom also has a spring mattress. There is an insert that can be placed in the cutout to provide a single, very large bed. The forward cabin has its own head, again supplied with a classic Baby Blake.

Forward of the owner’s stateroom and to port is the galley. Deep stainless steel sinks with hot and cold running water are on centerline with a large dish stowage locker above. Outboard is the stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and lockers.
The galley is equipped with:
Force 10 three burner LPG stove with oven and grill
Solenoid shut-of switch and warning light
Panasonic microwave oven
Double stainless steel sink with Cameo white Corian work surfaces
Water purifier
Top loading freezer (2.5 cu. ft.) with external gauge and controls – freezer can be used as second refrigerator
Front loading refrigerator (3.9 cu. ft.) with external gauge and controls
Isotherm DC-driven system with separate compressors for refer and freezer
Water tank gauge with switch for tank one or tank two
Built-in cooking exhaust fan
