The sea has always been a part of Patrick's life --
by age 5 he had sailed from Florida to San Francisco, and from there embarked on a 6 year circumnavigation of the world. Patrick has been actively involved with all aspects of the marine industry for more than 40 years. He has managed new construction projects, captained yachts, and has made numerous crossings of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans.
Patrick Adams has
an extensive background in ocean racing tha includes numerous TransPacs, Pacific Cups, Mexican
Races, Clipper and Kenwood Cups, Caribbean regattas, and European regattas,
sailing with many of the most well known and experienced sailors in the world. He continues to race actively participating mostly in international maxi regattas.
Patrick started Seaportal Ltd. to combine the talents of a select group of professional mariners who have obtained and continue to maintain a high level of technical and practical expertise in the marine industry. This group considers the big picture of why we go yachting while paying attention to the details which contribute to a successful operation.
